Zakres obowiązków

Reporting:

Participation in month-end closing work
Support in preparing management reports, preparing other periodical analysis in line with the Company's needs
Control of deviations from budget assumptions and analysis of the reasons for their occurrence
Cooperation in settling project budgets
Development of analytical tools
Participation in internal and external control and audit processes
Cash flow
Managing the company's liquidity (preparing weekly cash flow reports for the group (actuals and forecast), preparing and managing cash flow for ongoing projects
Optimization of the working capital level (preparing reports on the aging of inventories, receivables and liabilities, cooperation with internal clients, recommendations for the team)
Support in the inventory process
Cooperation with lessors in order to obtain financing, administration of bank accounts of group companies, cooperation with banks in this area
Administration and settlement of intra-group loans.

Poszukiwane kompetencje

Higher education in finance, accounting, management, economics or related
Several years of experience in the controlling department, candidates with experience in audit are also welcome
Knowledge in the field of liquidity management, ability to report and forecast cash flows
Knowledge in the area of controlling, finance and accounting
Fluent knowledge of Excel, knowledge of Power BI is welcome
Good knowledge of English (cooperation with a team from the USA)
Proactive approach to work and problem-solving
Ability to work in a dynamically changing environment
Very good work organization and ability to work in a team in an international environment
